Changes:

  • Previously, there was no way to search tasks in the interface by labels applied by a specific user.
Now, a text field has been added to the All activity section, allowing keyword searches, for example by label name. This makes it easier to quickly find tasks where a specific user applied a certain label, improving transparency and usability.
  • Various improvements have been made to the comment creation interface. These include refinements to the way user names are displayed below the comment field, adjustments to how long comments are handled, and enhancements in the handling of attachments. Together, these updates make the comment form more convenient, consistent, and user-friendly.
  • On the Project page, the Latest activity block did not always display the most recent data. For example, after navigating to another project, then back through the Projects list, some updates were missing until the page was refreshed. This issue has been fixed so that the Latest activity block now reliably shows up-to-date information without requiring a manual reload.
  • In the Calendar/Shifts section, tooltips were improved: hours are now displayed when hovering over users and non-empty cells, while empty cells now also show hours and tasks. A small refactoring was also carried out to improve performance. In the Calendar/Tasks section, the day cell component was completely rewritten. Tasks are now displayed in a single line, hours are shown, and events are aligned with the design. A new tooltip was added with the full list of daily tasks, including roles and the day of the week. On the “single day” page, roles, hours, and events are now displayed, and users can add new tasks directly. The due date calendar has been refined: highlighting of days and dates has been fixed, events on the task page now display correctly and update when switching months, hours are shown on the project and board pages, and color indicators for hours were unified across the calendar. Note: events are displayed only on the task page due to technical limitations.
  • Guest users can now edit their email address in the user settings. This allows more flexibility for managing account information without requiring full user permissions.
